You can run your "own store"! You are a hard worker with the right mindset. You are organized and enjoy going to work every day. It is important that you are independent and have a sense of responsibility.

Furthermore, you are...:

• ...someone who speaks fluent English, do you also speak other languages? Great!
• ...strong in building and maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
• ...super accurate! You make sure that everything runs smoothly.
• ...good at planning, everything must of course be ready and shipped on time.
• ...good at working independently, but you also like to be part of the team.
• ...progressive, good ideas are encouraged here!

Come in, drink coffee and enjoy the music in the warehouse! You will not work in a standard warehouse position. You will run your own HUB and support your customers so that their business becomes the best it can be.

• Building and maintaining good relationships with customers and offering top service
• Book new products and ensure that everything related to the orders and shipment of your customer runs smoothly
• Process all your customer's orders and ensure they are packed and shipped on time and in accordance with the customer's brand guidelines.
• 4 days working from 12.00 - 22.30 and then 4 days off, 4 days on - 4 days off system.
• Extra allowance after 20:00 of 30%

The company is an e-commerce fulfillment company, but not as you may already know them.
They have a Hub model, which allows the Hub Managers to take ownership of their Hubs and be the point of contact for our customers. They are not only pickers and packers, but also account managers.

They work with clients who sell through several major channels and are the fastest growing e-commerce fulfillment company in the UK. They are also growing considerably in the Netherlands and they need you for that!
