As a production employee you will bake, decorate and package the cakes in the day shifts! So one day you are on the line, making sure the cakes are lined correctly. And the next day at the packing tables, cutting butter or finishing the cakes!
Good news: as a production employee, the goal is to grow into the position of operator! So, as a production employee you have a really varied job. Sounds perfect, right!
